Katherine Munck- Executive Director
Katherine Munck witnessed the need for restorative justice initiatives in her past practice as an attorney in Portage County and in her work with various community organizations. In addition to her legal education, Katherine holds a graduate degree in education and certification in mediation.

Kurt Helminiak- Volunteer Coordinator
Coming from a long background in law enforcement, Kurt Helminiak has first-hand knowledge of the impact of restorative justice on the lives of victims and offenders. He also has extensive administrative experience in management with the city police department and has worked with community justice projects in the past.

Jamie Kiener: Pro Se Center and Victim-Offender Conferencing Coordinator
Jamie provides office assistance and program oversight for our pro se center and victim-offender conferencing services. Jamie is a paralegal by education and has extensive experience with victim-offender conferencing in LaCrosse County.
