The Community Residential Program (CRP) is a program of the Department of Corrections (DOC) that reintegrates high-risk offenders back into the community. JusticeWorks provides professional mentoring services for this reentry program.
Program participants live in residential housing provided by the DOC. Trained staff mentor offenders at the JusticeWorks office, in a safe, community-based environment. This setting encourages the creation of strong relationships that foster honest dialogue and help the offender heal. It is not uncommon for participants who have completed the program to stay in touch with a mentor to celebrate continued personal achievements.
